- Incident Response: Respond to data center incidents, provide support, and implement solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all data center activities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Prior experience in data center operations or similar technical roles is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in hardware installation, troubleshooting, and network concepts.
