- Animal Care: Monitor the well-being of dairy cattle, including feeding, watering, and health checks.
- Herd Management: Assist with managing the herd’s health records, breeding programs, and vaccination schedules.
- Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment as needed.
- Barn Maintenance: Maintain clean and hygienic conditions in the barns and milking parlor.
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of daily tasks and herd management activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with farm supervisors and fellow farm workers to achieve daily goals.
- Adherence to Regulations: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dairy farming is a plus but not mandatory.
- Passion for dairy farming and a strong work ethic.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor.
