Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Malta. The Customer Service Specialist will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Deliver personalized and timely support to clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update customer databases with relevant information.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients as needed.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend solutions for enhancing the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product features, industry trends, and best practices to effectively support clients and provide informed assistance.
  • Contribute to the development of support resources, such as FAQs, knowledge base articles, and tutorials, to empower clients to self-serve.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles, preferably in a technology company or SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in using customer support tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
