Position Overview:
We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Crane Mechanics to join our team in Kuwait. As a Crane Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, safety, and efficiency of our fleet of cranes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of cranes, including inspections, lubrication, and part replacements.
- Diagnosis and Repairs: Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in cranes. Execute repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Provide detailed reports as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety standards and regulations. Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a culture of safety excellence.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other members of the maintenance team, operators, and project managers to optimize crane performance and address any concerns.
- Training and Development: Stay updated on the latest advancements in crane technology. Provide guidance and training to junior mechanics when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Crane Mechanic, preferably in an industrial or construction setting.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of crane systems, hydraulics, electrical components, and diesel engines.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in crane maintenance and repair are highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Safety Awareness: Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and report on maintenance activities.
