  • Recipe Adherence: Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
  • Food Safety: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a safe and hygienic work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Menu Development: Contribute to menu development by suggesting new dishes and ideas for specials.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that dishes are prepared to the satisfaction of guests, addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook in a fast-paced restaurant or culinary environment.
  • Culinary Skills: Proficiency in various cooking techniques and styles, with a strong understanding of flavor profiles and ingredient pairings.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of precision and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
