Job Description:
As a Coffee Shop Assistant at The Range Ltd, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee shop. This position involves a variety of tasks, including taking orders, preparing beverages and snacks, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the coffee shop area.

Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude and assisting them with menu selection.
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
- Operating coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, to brew and grind coffee beans to perfection.
- Serving snacks, pastries, and sandwiches to customers and ensuring a high standard of presentation and freshness.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the coffee shop area, including cleaning equipment, countertops, and seating areas.
- Handling cash and processing transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Following health and safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a coffee shop, café, or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and a passion for providing high-quality beverages and snacks.
