Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team in Malta. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our office facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant working environment for our employees. Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces in office areas, meeting rooms, kitchens, and restrooms.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen appliances, utensils, and countertops.
- Restock supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap, in restrooms and kitchen areas.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in office facilities.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure a clean and organized working environment.
- Maintain professional conduct and positive communication with colleagues and supervisors.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in commercial or office cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in Malta.
