Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces in classrooms, common areas, and restrooms, following established cleaning procedures and schedules.
- Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable materials in designated bins, ensuring proper segregation and disposal of waste in accordance with environmental regulations.
- Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures, replenish supplies such as toilet paper and hand soap, and ensure a clean and hygienic environment for students and staff.
- Surface Cleaning: Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and equipment to remove dirt, stains, and debris, maintaining a tidy and organized appearance throughout the school premises.
- Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and polish floors using appropriate cleaning equipment and products to maintain cleanliness and safety, and address spills and hazards promptly to prevent accidents.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and consumables as needed, maintaining adequate stock levels to support daily cleaning operations.
- Adherence to Health and Safety Standards: Follow health and safety protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe and healthy environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Requirements:
- Eligibility: Malaysian citizens with valid work permits or eligibility to work in Singapore are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Prior experience in commercial cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial services is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform cleaning tasks requiring physical exertion, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning and sanitizing to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
