Position Summary:
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the premises assigned to you. This includes a variety of cleaning tasks, from daily upkeep to deep cleaning projects. The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, hardworking, and capable of maintaining high cleaning standards. You will work under the supervision of a Cleaning Supervisor and collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors in various areas.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Remove trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal according to company guidelines.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any shortages or issues to the supervisor.
- Perform routine deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet cleaning or window washing.
- Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and carrying supplies and equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
