Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Female Cleaners to join our team in Bahrain. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various facilities, including offices, public areas, restrooms, and common spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform general cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting, to maintain cleanliness in designated areas.
- Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors, ensuring they are well-stocked with supplies.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly, maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
- Surface Cleaning: Wipe down surfaces, including tables, counters, and glass, to keep them free of dirt and smudges.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.
- Restocking Supplies: Refill cleaning supplies and restock paper products as needed in restrooms and common areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other cleaners and facilities management staff to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning operations.
- Reporting: Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and building occupants, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or requests.
- Compliance: Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent cleaning standards across all sites.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
