Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all assigned areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role involves a variety of cleaning tasks, from routine maintenance to deep cleaning projects, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in assigned areas.
- Deep Cleaning: Carry out deep cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning, window washing, and high dusting as scheduled.
- Waste Management: Collect and dispose of waste and recycling materials properly, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
- Supply Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, reporting any shortages to the supervisor.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any malfunctions or needed repairs.
- Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, responding to their cleaning needs and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and inventory usage.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Skills: Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and a high-quality finish.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Certification: Any relevant certifications in cleaning or sanitation are a plus.
- Customer Service: Prior experience in a customer service role is beneficial.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
