- Process cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately and securely, adhering to established procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area, including keeping counters clean and free of clutter.
- Monitor and replenish supplies, such as bags, receipt paper, and coins, to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, exchanges, and store security.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and provide support during peak hours or special promotions.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management, such as inventory management, stock replenishment, and store maintenance.
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary education level or equivalent.
