Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of call center agents, supervisors, and support staff to achieve performance goals and provide excellent patient service.
    • Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative team environment that fosters growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Plan, implement, and manage call center operations to ensure smooth workflow, adherence to protocols, and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Monitor call volume, response times, and call abandonment rates to make real-time adjustments for optimal efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Establish and enforce quality assurance standards for call handling, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with company policies.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Training and Development:
    • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff, focusing on communication skills, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
    • Identify training needs, create development plans, and track progress to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Technology and Systems:
    • Oversee the utilization and maintenance of call center software and systems to support efficient call routing, data management, and reporting.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system functionality.
  • Performance Analytics and Reporting:
    • Collect and analyze call center data, generating reports on call volume, response times, customer satisfaction, and other relevant metrics.
    • Use data insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance patient experience.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to enhance call center processes, streamline workflows, and implement best practices that lead to improved patient engagement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) managing a call center in a healthcare setting, with a strong track record of achieving performance targets.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using call center software and tools, as well as the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations and patient service principles is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing demands.
