The Perfect Blend is currently seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Beauty Salon Receptionist in Sharjah. Work Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Schedule appointments for salon services and manage the salon’s appointment calendar.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about salon services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area and waiting area.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending products and processing purchases.
- Coordinate with salon staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
- Uphold the salon’s standards of professionalism, hygiene, and customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a salon or spa setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using salon management software and computer systems.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
