Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, makeup application, and other skincare services.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their beauty needs and preferences, offering professional advice and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide cutting-edge services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage appointment bookings and client records efficiently.
- Promote salon products and services, providing clients with detailed information and recommendations.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a cohesive and supportive salon environment.
- Handle any client concerns or complaints professionally and promptly, seeking to resolve issues to the client’s satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Certified Beautician with a recognized qualification in beauty therapy.
- Proven experience as a beautician in a salon or spa setting.
- Proficiency in a wide range of beauty treatments and services.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of beauty products and ability to recommend suitable products to clients.
