- Cash Handling: Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, following proper procedures for opening and closing cash registers.
- Product Knowledge: Learn about the different coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles offered at Blacksmith Coffee Company, and share this knowledge with customers when appropriate.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and provide support during busy periods.
