Position Summary:
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea drinks, as well as light snacks, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. As a Barista, you are the face of our coffeehouse, ensuring that every customer interaction is friendly and professional. You will work closely with your team to maintain a clean and inviting environment, while upholding our company values and commitment to sustainability.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, taking orders and processing payments efficiently.
- Educate customers on our coffee and tea offerings, including details about origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the barista station, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues as needed.
- Assist in maintaining inventory, including restocking coffee beans, tea leaves, and other supplies.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in coffee preparation and customer service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
