Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse qualification with current valid registration is essential.
- Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of complex health needs.
- Empathetic and compassionate attitude toward individuals with complex health needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Understanding of care planning, medication administration, and healthcare protocols.
