Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of bakery items such as bread, pastries, and desserts following established recipes and guidelines.
- Baking Operations: Support baking operations, including measuring ingredients, mixing, baking, and monitoring oven temperatures.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all bakery products meet the company’s quality and hygiene standards.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and utensils.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery product inquiries and purchases.
- Collaboration: Work as part of a team, supporting other bakery staff to meet production goals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
