Position Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Auto Electricians at BRIGHT ENGINE WORKSHOP in Ajman. This position is suitable for freshers who are passionate about automotive technology and eager to learn and develop their skills in auto electrical systems. As an Auto Electrician, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced technicians and gain hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining automotive electrical systems.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced auto electricians and technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues in vehicles
- Learn and understand the principles of automotive electrical systems, including wiring diagrams, circuits, and components
- Assist with electrical repairs and installations, including wiring repairs, fuse replacements, and component installations
- Learn to use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve electrical faults and malfunctions in vehicles
- Assist with general vehicle maintenance tasks, including battery checks, alternator testing, and electrical system inspections
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Learn to interpret technical manuals and documentation to understand vehicle specifications and electrical system requirements
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and job details
- Participate in training and development opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in auto electrical systems
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the operation of the workshop
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Strong interest in automotive technology and willingness to learn
- Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
