Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Auto Electrician to join our team. As an Auto Electrician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and other automotive machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in vehicles, including wiring issues, battery problems, and malfunctioning electrical components.
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicle electrical systems, ensuring proper operation and safety.
- Install and repair automotive electrical systems, such as lighting, starters, alternators, and other components.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve electrical issues.
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure comprehensive vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed, including parts used and labor hours.
- Keep up to date with the latest automotive technologies and electrical systems.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair needs and provide estimates for service.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and within established timelines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in automotive electrical systems is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auto Electrician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and components.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
