Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Assist in the processing and coordination of product orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage supply chain documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and shipment tracking.
- Inventory Control: Support inventory management processes, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and cycle counting.
- Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including logistics, procurement, and sales, to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve efficiency.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve supply chain issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and procurement concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
