Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance department, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in developing and implementing internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct financial analysis and performance evaluation to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits and compliance filings.
- Provide leadership and guidance to finance team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their roles effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting financial reporting and accounting standards.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Financial Controller or senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates.
