Job Description:
As an Assistant Accountant at Confidential, you will play a key role in supporting our accounting team in various financial tasks. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Maintaining and updating financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Assisting with invoice processing, expense tracking, and billing activities.
- Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and accruals.
- Conducting financial analysis and generating reports to aid in decision-making.
- Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Performing other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (experience with QuickBooks or SAP is a plus).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous internship or relevant experience is a plus but not required.
