Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptual Design: Contribute to the creation of innovative and visually striking architectural concepts that align with project requirements.
- Project Development: Work on all phases of the architectural design process, from initial concept to construction documentation and project completion.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of architectural elements.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their vision, gather requirements, and present design concepts, ensuring alignment with their expectations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
- Site Inspections: Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve design issues, and ensure construction aligns with the approved plans.
- 3D Modeling: Utilize architectural software to create detailed 3D models and renderings for presentations and project documentation.
- Quality Control: Review and critique design to maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience as an Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Excellent design sensibility and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and construction practices in Dubai.
- Membership in a professional architectural association is an advantage.
