Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist with organizing company events, conferences, and workshops.
  • Support HR and recruitment activities, including assisting with onboarding new employees.
