We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Store Keeper to be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory and ensuring the smooth operation of our storage facilities. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing incoming and outgoing goods, organizing storage areas, and implementing efficient inventory control processes.

  • Goods Receiving: Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying the quality and quantity against delivery documents.
  • Storage and Organization: Organize and maintain storage areas to optimize space utilization and ensure the easy retrieval of goods.
  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare and pack orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the condition of goods, report any discrepancies or damages, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of all transactions, including receipts, issuance, and returns.
  • Communication: Collaborate with procurement and other departments to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
