Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our executive team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. Work Experience:

1-2 years of experience in the relevant field

Education & Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist executives with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries.
  • Document Management: Prepare, review, and maintain various documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure all files are organized and easily accessible.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them promptly.
  • Data Entry: Input and update data accurately in our systems, ensuring all records are current and properly maintained.
  • Support Projects: Assist in special projects and assignments as required by the executive team, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the company.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff
