  • Bookkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Invoicing: Generate and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Expense Management: Verify and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Assistance in Financial Reporting: Support in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist in various accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
