Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Contribute to the development of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts, maintaining accurate records.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and other financial data.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
- Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and financial performance assessments to support business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the technology or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
