We are hiring an Account Clerk to support our finance department in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. Work Experience:

1-2 years of experience in the relevant field

Education & Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Process and record financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Prepare bank deposits and reconcile bank statements.
  • Assist in the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records, both electronic and hard copies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
  • Assist in the implementation of financial controls to minimize risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Clerk or similar role.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of local financial regulations and compliance.
  • Qatar residency and work permit.
