Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding beauty and wellness professionals.
- Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, fostering open communication, and maintaining positive relations within the salon team.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on professional development plans.
- Talent Development: Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and expertise of beauty and wellness professionals.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and compliance with industry regulations and employment laws in the beauty and wellness sector.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention within the beauty and wellness environment.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and employee needs.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations in the beauty and wellness industry.
- HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports to support strategic decision-making and salon development.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources roles within the beauty and wellness industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR practices specific to the beauty and wellness sector.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills, with an understanding of the unique dynamics of beauty and wellness professionals.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced beauty and wellness environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
