- Bookkeeping Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and record business expenses, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports, summaries, and statements for clients as needed.
- Tax Documentation: Assist in preparing and organizing relevant documents for tax purposes.
- Client Communication: Collaborate with clients and team members to address queries and provide timely financial information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Relevant accounting qualifications or certifications are a plus.
