Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing and Billing:
- Generate and process accurate and timely invoices for guest accommodations, services, and other relevant transactions.
- Verify the completeness and correctness of billing information, including rates and applicable charges.
Accounts Receivable Management:
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely and accurate collection of payments.
- Reconcile discrepancies and collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues promptly.
Payment Processing:
- Record and allocate payments received from guests and clients.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions related to accounts receivable.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports summarizing accounts receivable status, aging, and outstanding balances.
- Assist in financial reporting and analysis as required by management.
Customer Relations:
- Respond to inquiries from guests and internal stakeholders regarding billing issues and payment status.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a hospitality finance role is an advantage.
