Responsibilities:
- Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Efficiently handle customer transactions, process payments, and issue receipts using the POS system.
- Customer Service: Provide a positive and friendly customer experience, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism.
- Cash Management: Ensure accurate handling of cash, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and follow cash management procedures.
- Order Processing: Accurately record customer orders, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure timely order delivery.
- Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the menu offerings to assist customers with selections and provide information about promotions or specials.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; freshers with excellent interpersonal and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
