The Junior HR and Admin Executive will play a crucial role in supporting human resources and administrative functions within the firm.   • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Employee Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the firm.
  • HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized HR records, including employee files and documentation.
  • Attendance Management: Monitor and manage employee attendance, including leaves and timekeeping.
  • Office Administration: Oversee general office administration tasks, including managing office supplies and coordinating maintenance activities.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries and assist in fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
