Key Responsibilities:
- Itinerary Planning: Assist in creating and organizing travel packages, including accommodation, transportation, and activities, based on client preferences.
- Booking Coordination: Handle reservations for flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to gather preferences, provide travel information, and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, including client details, bookings, and travel documents.
- Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, and tour operators to ensure smooth and efficient services for clients.
- Emergency Assistance: Provide support to clients during travel, including addressing emergencies, changes to itineraries, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and satisfaction of travel services provided, seeking feedback and making improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- No prior experience required; freshers with a passion for travel are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of travel-related software and platforms is an advantage.
