Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:

Key Responsibilities:
- Reservation Management: Handle reservations for rooms, suites, and other accommodations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policies.
- Guest Communication: Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing information on room availability, rates, and special packages.
- Booking Confirmation: Confirm reservations, process deposits, and provide guests with booking details and relevant information.
- Customer Service: Assist guests with changes to reservations, cancellations, and address any inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Control: Monitor room availability, rates, and occupancy to maximize revenue and optimize room inventory.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including front office and sales, to coordinate and communicate reservation details.
- Up-selling: Promote additional services, upgrades, and packages to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hotel reservations is an advantage but not mandatory; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and booking platforms.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
