Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our finance team as Finance Assistants in Dubai. - Invoice Processing: Assist in processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and liaising with relevant departments for approvals.
- Expense Management: Support the finance team in monitoring and managing company expenses, including employee reimbursements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports and statements under the guidance of senior finance professionals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Freshers without prior experience are encouraged to apply. Relevant internships or coursework in finance/accounting are advantageous.
