Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial documents, records, and reports.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Assist in the entry and coding of financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Collaborate with the finance team to complete month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Assist in tracking and recording fixed assets and depreciation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist in financial analysis and budgeting activities as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant internship or 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
