Job Description:
Webzone Technologies is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. As an Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the financial health of the company.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions and events accurately and in accordance with accounting principles.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budget analysis on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
- Monitor cash flow, track expenses, and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
- Maintain organized financial records, both digitally and physically, for easy access and retrieval.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide accurate financial data and insights.
- Contribute to the overall financial health of Webzone Technologies by providing accurate and timely financial information.
- Uphold the company’s values and standards while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CMA, CPA) are advantageous.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within the technology or services industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
