Job Summary
Confidential Motors is seeking an experienced and passionate Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motorcycle repair and maintenance, with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to providing superior service. As a Motorcycle Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of motorcycles, ensuring that each bike is in optimal condition for performance and safety.

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosis: Perform thorough diagnostics on motorcycles to identify issues with engines, transmissions, brakes, and other components.
- Repairs: Execute high-quality repairs, including engine rebuilds, transmission repairs, and electrical system troubleshooting.
- Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire replacements, and brake inspections to ensure peak performance.
- Customization: Assist with motorcycle customization projects, advising clients on parts and modifications to enhance performance and aesthetics.
- Inspections: Carry out pre-delivery inspections to ensure all motorcycles meet safety and performance standards before they are returned to customers.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnoses, discuss repair options, and provide cost estimates. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of all services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. Update service histories in the company database.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and workshop procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a motorcycle mechanic or technician. Certification from a recognized technical school or training program is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of motorcycle engines, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and fix problems accurately and efficiently. Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy parts and working in various positions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
