Position Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and reliable individual to join our team as a House Maid. The primary responsibility of the House Maid is to provide comprehensive housekeeping and cleaning services to our clients’ homes, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping: Perform general housekeeping tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces to ensure a clean and tidy home.
- Cleaning: Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and other living spaces, including appliances, fixtures, and furniture, using appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
- Laundry: Wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry as needed, including clothing, linens, and towels, and ensure that laundry areas are kept clean and organized.
- Organization: Assist with organizing and decluttering living spaces, closets, cabinets, and storage areas to maintain order and maximize space utilization.
- Cooking: Prepare simple meals and snacks for the family, following recipes and dietary preferences, and assist with meal planning and grocery shopping as needed.
- Childcare: Provide basic childcare assistance, such as supervising children, helping with homework, and engaging in age-appropriate activities, under the direction of the parents or guardians.
- Pet Care: Assist with pet care tasks, such as feeding, grooming, walking, and cleaning up after pets, as requested by the clients.
- Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients to understand their preferences, priorities, and expectations, and to provide updates on completed tasks and any issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or domestic service is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods, and to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks thoroughly and efficiently to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to fulfilling job responsibilities.
- Trustworthiness: Trustworthy and discreet, with a respect for client privacy and confidentiality.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, with the ability to listen to instructions, ask questions, and communicate clearly and politely with clients and coworkers.
