- Haircuts and Styling: Provide a wide range of haircut and styling services, including classic cuts, fades, and modern styles.
- Shaves and Trims: Perform traditional straight razor shaves, beard trims, and mustache grooming with precision and care.
- Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences, offering professional advice and recommendations.
- Customer Service: Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor and addressing client needs promptly.
- Sanitation: Adhere to hygiene and safety standards, ensuring that tools and workstations are cleaned and sanitized after each client.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest grooming products and techniques, recommending appropriate products to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive and efficient salon environment.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and enhance your skills.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio of work.
- Skills: Proficiency in traditional and modern barbering techniques. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Certification: Valid barber license or certification from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of hair types, styles, and grooming products.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
