Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and other grooming services according to customer requests and industry standards.
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the barber chair, workstations, and common areas.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in grooming and hairstyles to provide clients with contemporary looks.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and positive work environment.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and appointment bookings as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid barber’s license or certification from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience as a Barber, with a portfolio showcasing a range of styles and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of grooming tools, equipment, and products.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A professional and friendly demeanor, with a focus on building lasting customer relationships.
