Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Hospitality Cleaner to join our team. As a Hospitality Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our hotel and resort facilities. You will ensure that guest areas, rooms, and public spaces are clean, sanitized, and well-presented to meet our guests’ high expectations.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and lounges.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries as needed.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain a clean and orderly environment.
- Empty trash cans and ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables.
- Restock cleaning supplies and guest amenities as required.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
- Follow a daily cleaning schedule and complete all assigned tasks to the required standard.
- Greet and interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience as a cleaner, housekeeper, or similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively.
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
