Position Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Male Cashier to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor. As a Cashier at Confidential, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. This role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude as they enter the store.
- Accurately process sales transactions, including cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking bags and receipt paper.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Follow cash handling procedures to ensure the security of funds.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing merchandise.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a cashier or retail role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
