Position Summary:
As a Men’s Barber at Confidential, you will be responsible for providing a range of grooming services to our clients, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and ensure that they leave our barbershop feeling satisfied with their experience. The ideal candidate is a skilled barber with a passion for their craft, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.

Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and other grooming services according to client requests and company standards.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend styles or products as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment after each use.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in men’s grooming and barbering.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Handle client inquiries and feedback professionally, addressing any concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certification or training in barbering from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience as a barber or men’s stylist.
- Strong technical skills in cutting, shaving, and styling.
