Position Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and motivated Helper Mechanic to join our team in Bahrain. The Helper Mechanic will assist lead mechanics in performing routine maintenance, repairs, and other mechanical tasks. This role requires basic mechanical knowledge, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and an interest in automotive mechanics.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting Mechanics: Work alongside lead mechanics to perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Tool Handling: Organize and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
- Parts Handling: Assist in retrieving and replacing automotive parts during repair and maintenance work.
- Workshop Maintenance: Keep the workshop clean and organized, disposing of waste and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Basic Repairs: Perform basic mechanical repairs under the supervision of experienced mechanics, such as replacing filters, belts, and other components.
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers and assist with their inquiries, providing information about services and repair timelines.
- Learning and Development: Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance mechanical skills and knowledge.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and repair reports.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
