Role Overview:
Smarte Carte Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Services Associates at Changi Airport. As an integral part of our airport operations, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining our products, and ensuring a smooth passenger experience. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a positive experience for travelers.

Education & Qualification:

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Assist passengers with inquiries, providing information on Smarte Carte’s services, and directing them to relevant airport facilities.
- Baggage Trolley Management: Ensure trolleys are available at designated locations, return stray trolleys to their stations, and maintain orderly trolley stacks.
- Locker Management: Manage storage locker rentals, handle customer payments, and assist with locker-related issues.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on trolleys, lockers, and other Smarte Carte equipment. Report technical issues to the appropriate team.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure the safety and cleanliness of Smarte Carte’s service areas. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other Smarte Carte team members and airport staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airport operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of resolving customer issues in a calm and professional manner.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and walk significant distances within the airport.
